Starting from 238 pounds and being sedentary, I began the journey that would eventually lead me to this point. After years of yo-yo dieting, misinformation, and resignation I decided that enough was enough. I decided that I was worth the effort to change what I was doing to be as healthy as I could be. I spent the next year losing more than 70 pounds and turning my life around, and have spent the last several years learning about how what we eat and what we do directly affects our health. There are many things beyond our control, but we can control how we treat ourselves. Taking this journey for myself inspired me to become a certified health coach and personal trainer, a fitness nutrition specialist, and to help others take charge in leading their own healthy lives. I know what it's like to make the changes necessary to have something better. Everyone is different, but I promise that if you're ready to let good health take root and ready to create and achieve your goals, then I can help you take the steps to be the happiest, healthiest, best version of yourself one decision at a time.
